  • Improve Lighting- Avoid harsh light or glare on your screen. Always use soft, indirect lighting.
  • Use Artificial Tears (as needed)- Lubricating eye drops can help if your eyes feel dry, especially in air-conditioned environments. Avoid drops that ‘Get the red out’.
