I have been a customer at Goodrich Optical for many years. Recently, I had an experience that was truly graceful, going beyond usual help.

After receiving my new glasses, I was having difficulty seeing, so I returned to my doctor. My doctor told me the glasses were made wrong. Stuart (Goodrich) didn’t think so, but made them over anyway at no charge.

After I realized I still couldn’t see well to read, he graciously put my old lenses back in.
